The downside: you have the 30.- Fee per month, but looks like they give a lot of stuff for Free like Hosting, Websites and so on – that can compensate the monthly fee I guess.

I’m applying for graduate school and my top choice program is through Columbia university in NYC. I graduated undergrad with a 3.65 and have been teaching for three years now. I earn an average income and went to a local state college. I’m not affiliated with any special organizations either, but I have very strong teaching portfolio and letters of recommendation. I guess I’m just nervous about putting myself out there if I don’t even stand a chance. Honest feed back please!
I have been teaching in Hartford CT for three years and no, it isn’t a day job, I love doing it. The reason Columbia is my top choice because they have two doctorate programs that I’m interested in that would allow me to make greater impact for the demographic of students I teach

First off, a little back story so that you’ll understand everything. Basically, didn’t do that well in High School just getting low B’s and High C’s despite the simplicity of those courses. I just didn’t think any of it would be that important at the moment, and now its coming back to bite me in the a$$.

Well sort of anyway, I spent the time I was supposed to be doing homework learning computer programming and other divisions of computer science. I graduated high school May 2009, and wasn’t sure if I wanted to go to college yet so I gave myself a year off.
