Is there some kind of organizing tool to help me manage my websites?

Now that I have 5 websites it’s getting hard to keep track of everything. My brain is going to explode if I don’t figure this out!
Is there an organizing tool to help me with my websites?!?!
Maybe it’s software……..
Maybe it’s a notebook…….
I was thinking that it would have catagories such as:
-Websites
-Marketing Tools
-Affiliate Programs
-……….ect.

I would highly recommend XSitePro….
Its a bit expensive… but worth it. XSite Pro is absolutely one of the best investments that I have ever made.
I have tried quite a bit of software programs to build websites.. free as well as ones that cost money.
About 6 months ago, after realising that the free ones simply did not provide me with everything that I wanted, I opted to do some research on the ones that I had to pay for. My research basically consisted of reading other peoples reviews, emailing people and asking them specific questions, etc.

What made me purchase Xsite Pro was that one day, I was at the IAHBE (International Association of Home Business Entrepreneurs) website and someone showed videos of how he used Xsite Pro to create his websites and optimise them for search engines…. well quite frankly, I saw what I wanted to see..
After I thought about the fact that XSite Pro comes with a money back guarantee, I finally went and brought it. I wish I had made that decision months earlier..
Listen, if your looking a software to create (and manage) your websites, XSite Pro is the way to go… I have no regrets.

you can use any spreadsheet programs like excel etc. A database can also help which can help you search on various parameters….
You can keep the details about all your website and affiliate program etc. there and carry on with what you want to do..
