There is no secret to weight loss. You simply Should be eating 55% Carbs (Inc Fruit and Veg), 15% Protein, 10% Satfats, 10% Polyunsaturated fats, 10% Monounsaturated Fats of your Basal Metabollic Rate In Kcals (Or less if you want to lose weight, more if you want to gain weight, or take both into account if you want to lose fat but gain muscle.) Drink 6-8 Pints of water a day, making sure you’re well hydrated helps aid concentration levels too! Do Cardio 3-5 x a week 20-60 minutes at medium-high intensity. Do Resistance Training 2-3 x a week, 1-3 sets per muscle group, 12-15 reps of 40-65% 1 Rep Max for endurance. 8-12 reps 65-85% 1 rep max for hypertrophy & 1-6 reps 85% + for Strength Training. There are Certain Cardiovascular and Resistance training methods, and techniques to help enduce a client’s certain goals, but I would be here all day typing and explaining them.
