holy crap, that’s really hard to read. You need it to be more organized.
should be in point form. No paragraphes. and no bigger then 1-2 pages.
Goal: what your goal is
Education: all your education
Work History: All your work history, try not to make it so wordy too. Seems like your putting ALOT of useless information in this section. Only list maybe 3 duties you’d perform, ALSO, only add jobs pertaining to the job your applying for, OR information about your previous jobs that will help you with the one your applying for.
Skills: Here you can list all your languages in point form. Make sure you don’t make this area to wordy as well (ie I can speak spanish and have taken 2 years in college followed by a taco bell)
Hobbies: This area gives the employer an idea of your personality and what type of person you are. Don’t put you like to get shitfaced with friends cause that’s not going to work. (ei movies with friends, eating, shopping, yahoo questions
)
References: People that the employer can contact. Make sure you tell your references that they maybe called.
So, that’s about it, if the employer wants to know more about your duties with your previous jobs, then this is were they will ask.
Good luck, hope this helps!
Objective – Make it specific. If you’re applying for a job, make your objective getting that job, not some vague position.
Previous employment – Again, be specific. Was your closing ratio 37%, or was it higher? Did your occupancy increase during your employment? If anything improved, write it.
Education – Any awards while in high school? Any further training after high school? Surely you had some certification to become a Leasing Specialist.
Skills – Give examples of your strong work ethic, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
Also, go through and check punctuation, capitalization, etc. I noticed a few mistakes.
