   yes you can. There is no restriction on that. But if you are using email, be careful not to spam. If the users report this to clickbank, you may get ban.

   Yes and there are plenty of other ways to promote your link.
   Some cheap and popular ways are picking longtail keywords that doesnt have alot of competition. Then using squidoo, hubpages, ezine marketing, social bookmarking sites to get high ranking as google ranks these sites high. Ping your blog or site at pingomatic, since google seems to be indexing these sites pretty quick nowadays. These are some free ways to advertise. If you decide to jump into adwords i recommend doing alot of research first.
